    I had a bad experience with them . They were charging me almost double the amount for the same coverage for about 9 months, as compared to the quote that I got from a different company , when I finally decided to switch . In addition , they misinformed me about the potential refund I could get by closing the account on a certain date as opposed to closing it on a later date .
